We will help you on and off our docks at the start and the end of your charter. Upon your return, we will meet you at the Annapolis City Marina, where you will pump out and refuel. Our dock hand will take you and your boat back to the slip.

The Damage Deposit and Deductible

The charter captain is responsible for 100% of all damages done to the vessel while it is in his care and custody. There is a $1,500.00 damage deductible waiver payable at the office upon check out. This fee is returned after a satisfactory check in with no damage or missing equipment. There is a $50.00 per day damage waiver “buy-down” fee which is mandatory on all charters. This is a fee charged so that charters do not have to put up the 2% insurance deductible security deposit on the vessel.

Provisioning

Our personal charter concierges are here to provide you with provisioning advice and assistance. To save time when you arrive, we recommend peapod.com for grocery delivery. Just send us your delivery confirmation and we will check and stow it for you!

If you need a specific store or product, ask your personal charter concierge. We’ll find it for you.

Heads and Showers

The showers and heads are located at the 222 Severn Building. The combination may be accessed from your charter broker or dock hand. Please respect the marina rules which are posted at the heads.

Trash and Dumpsters

We will take trash back from the charter at the dock. We have dumpster facilities on site for your convenience. Garbage should be collected and contained in the cockpit upon check out. Please separate trash from recycling.

Empty Holding Tanks and Refuel

You may refuel the vessel and pump out the holding tanks just west of our facility at Annapolis City Marina. There will be a fee and/or fuel surcharge associated with charters that do not pump out the holding tanks or refuel the vessel.
